What Our Patients Say

Dear Dr. Kramer,
Your professionalism and dedication led to catching my illness in time. That discovery didn’t just change my life. It saved it.
Your guidance and support gave me the strength to keep going, and to believe in myself even in the hardest moments. I’m grateful to you from the depths of my heart, not just as a doctor, but as a person. Wishing you continued success in everything you do.

The Space

The ward is designed as a safe, protected environment with full accessibility and fall-prevention features. Patient rooms face the medical center’s green courtyard, and patients can enjoy the garden and the surrounding rehabilitation village. The center’s innovative sports facility is open to inpatients with adaptations for everyone. A protected wing allows uninterrupted care during emergencies, with no need to evacuate to shelters.

Daily Rhythm

On arrival, each patient undergoes a comprehensive assessment by the multidisciplinary team, which forms the basis for an individualized rehabilitation plan. Treatment is delivered in dedicated therapy rooms by a multidisciplinary team experienced in rehabilitating orthopedic rehab patients, with safe, supportive continuity of care for as long as progress continues, and sensitivity to each person’s unique pace of recovery.

Family
Involvement

A family meeting is held during every patient’s hospitalization to prepare for “the day after”: guidance on home adaptations to prevent falls, and training for family members and caregivers to support a safe return to the community. The “First Department Service” helps navigate Israel’s National Insurance Institute (special services, nursing care benefits and entitlements), with the social work team supporting patients through the paperwork. In addition, we assist patients and their families who finish rehabilitation and need to transition to long term care facilities.

Visitors Info

We encourage visitors during the designated hours, 9:00-19:30.
Friends and family can assist in therapies by being present and giving encouragement.
